As any Cat Kin pupil knows, a vital element of pashki is the Mau body, which is generated through the six catras. These power zones are commonly depicted as eyes of six different colours.

Catra beads are fascinating pieces of hand-made jewellery, created by Rebecca Weddell, a long-time friend of author Nick Green. Individually crafted, these lampwork glass beads will be made to order, each one representing one of the six catras as described in The Cat Kin. They are not yet available but watch this space...
